By accessing or purchasing the OD Master indicator or using openingdrivemaster.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

 

1. Service Description

Opening Drive Master provides access to a proprietary TradingView indicator designed for educational and informational purposes.

The indicator displays automated signals and levels based on predefined logic.
We do not provide financial advice, trade execution, or account management.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the OD Master indicator.

By purchasing, you confirm that you understand the risks associated with trading financial markets.

 

3. Access & Activation

  • Access is granted by TradingView username

  • Activation occurs after payment confirmation and username submission

  • Activation is typically completed same day, but timing is not guaranteed

  • You are responsible for providing the correct TradingView username

Access is granted per user only.

 

4. License & Usage

When you purchase OD Master, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable,

revocable license to use the indicator for personal trading only.

You may NOT:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the indicator

  • Provide access to others

  • Use the indicator for signal selling, copy trading, or commercial redistribution

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the logic

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

 

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

  • Lifetime access is a one-time payment for continued access while the product is supported

We reserve the right to change pricing or plans at any time.

 

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant-access nature of the product:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds once access is granted

  • No refunds for user error, trading losses, or misunderstanding of the product

If you experience technical access issues, contact us promptly.

 

7. No Guarantees & Risk Disclosure

Trading involves significant risk.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Opening Drive Master:

  • Does not guarantee profits

  • Does not guarantee win rates

  • Does not guarantee consistency or account growth

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Opening Drive Master shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses

  • Missed opportunities

  • Data delays

  • Platform outages (TradingView, brokers, internet)

  • Financial or emotional damages

Use of the indicator is entirely at your own risk.

 

9. Modifications & Updates

We may:

  • Update indicator logic

  • Add or remove features

  • Modify availability or access requirements

These changes do not entitle users to refunds.

 

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • These terms are violated

  • Abuse or misuse is detected

  • Unauthorized sharing occurs

Termination may occur without notice.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and indicator logic are the exclusive property of Opening Drive Master.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws applicable to the business jurisdiction of Opening Drive Master.
